My Name is Roger.

I started smoking fish about 40 years ago & have added cheese & various meats over the years. I smoked my first buckboard bacon & Canadian Bacon last spring. I started using a Little Chief & then a Brinkman water bath smoker. I have also owned a Big Chief & Mini Chief. I still have the Mini Chief, purchased a Smoky Mountain Propane water smoker about 8 years ago & last spring added the Masterbuilt 40" Electric with window. I recently purchased the cold smoker adapter built by Masterbuilt for these smokers. I also have a couple of the A-MAZE-N cold smokers.
Welcome Roger from East Texas, I really think it's neat that you and so many other members smoke cheese , fish, bacon and other stuff, I have only smoked various meats beef and pork, I may read up and try my hand at some of these other things, don't have a cold smoker, I am using an RF.
