Hello From Colorado

I'm glad I found this forum! I've been smoking for about a year now.  As I like to say "I have no idea what I'm doing, I just throw some meat over fire and see what happens!" So it will be nice to get some advice and get new ideas about what I can do!  I'm originally from Montana, but I live in Colorado Springs. I have the CharGriller Super Pro with side smoker I got at Lowe's.  Not the best, but it's a fun challenge to see what I do with it!
