What a great forum full of information! I've spent quite a bit of time in the smoker builder section browsing builds, and decided to finally join. I Just picked up an 80 gallon vertical air compressor tank to build a reverse flow smoker out of. Can't wait to get it finished and check out the recipe section. Thanks for sharing the wealth of knowledge on here.
