My name is Nathan Zachman and live in Colorado Springs.
I have been smoking on a Masterbuilt smoker for the past year
and just upgraded to a Traeger "Texas" Smoker last week.
It is a great smoker and I have smoked a brisket, salmon
and grilled some Ribeyes.

I am looking forward to reading and sharing on this Forum.
