Hello members.
I'm not even sure for how long i've been a reader here. I'm an avid griller ( i think) even in winter months regardless of the snow i'm starting coals at least twice. But smoking is something I always wanted to step up to. I sure thing got loads of inspiration while building my brick smoker for these past two years dreaming of a day it gets fired up.
And last Saturday was that big date, despite the uninviting weather.

much work remains on internal equipment, roofing and beautification, but it already produced 6 racks of pork ribs and an amazing full brisket (those were long long 12 hours).

looking forward to improving and making many more tasty eats!
Cheers
