Happy holidays to everyone.  I hope its a good and safe one.

I have been lurking in the shadows for a little while.  I have a Char-broil horizontal smoker with the side fire box.   Been smoking on it for a couple years now.   Last week I bought my mom a 40in Masterbuilt electric smokehouse for Christmas.   She liked what I was doing on mine but did not want to spend as much time as I do tending it.   She didn't even wait till Christmas to open it and we did ribs, pork tenderloins and pork shoulder on it last week.

Looking forward to reading and seeing what everyone else has done.
