Hi all, my name is Jeff Marteney I live in Mt. Gilead Ohio and cooking and bbq are my passion. I am currently in the planning stages of a 60 gallon compressor tank smoker right now. My favorite cut of smoked goodness is definitely BRISKET! I am looking to start a catering/ concession type business sometime in the hopefully near future.
