Hello from central Jersey

New to this board. BBQ has been one of my hobbies for the past 10 years grilling for almost 20 years. At the moment I have a Weber Smokey Mountain this is my goto smoker. I also have a Char-Broil Silver Smoker that I use mostly for grilling. I am also a homebrewer and beer geek. I look forward to talking BBQ on this forum.

I know that area very well I grew up in the middle of downtown Jersey city. I still have family and friends that live there so I still visit that area a lot. When I visit I always stop by Zepplin Hall a block away from the Boys Club if you are a beer lover it's a German style biergarten a lot of good beer on tap.
