Hey guys,
New to the forum but been smoking for a while now. Will smoke anything and everything. I do alot of pork and chicken but starting to try some beef. Also going to be doing some venison as well as some elk within the next week or two. Will post when I do throw them on. Look forward to seeing yalls cooks as well as sharing mine.
