Hi guys !!! I'm new here and i would like to say hello !!! I have my own buisness (very small) of building reverse flow offset. I'm here to know more things to be a better builder/smoker/cooker than now.
I live in Québec, Canada and here reverse flow are not very implanted for now. You can see my smoker build in the build section.
