Been doing lots of reading on your forum figure it's time to sign up. My name is Gord and I live in North Western Ontario Canada.I have had an interest in building a smoker for quit some time, have different option of tanks (air tanks & pressure tank & propane tanks) just not sure what it is that I want. Was thinking of a reverse flow design using a 100# propane tank and a 30# size for the burn. Just finished up a wood stove for my tent and have one other to make for my ice fishing shack, than I should get around to my smoker. You have a great forum here with lots of advice and I'm sure I will have a few questions as the build gets going along. All of a sudden I have a craving for RIBS ummmmm umm rrrrrribs got to go!!
