New to smoking. Like many on this page I got my smoker as a Christmas gift.

A buddy of mine recommended this forum so I have been busy reading and trying to learn as much as I can.

So far I can see that I will need an A-Maze-N product and likely a digital thermometer. Will try and do research before asking questions as I am sure most of the info I need is already on here somewhere
