Somehow, I forgot to do this when I joined… Ooops. I am a longtime smoker, griller, barbecue-r (;-D) and consumer of each. I have been reading this forum for years and realized that I had not joined.
I love everything about cooking and eating. Although, if you saw me ...it might be hard to believe. I am that "Skinny Cook" although one you can trust. At least that is what I am hoping as my family and friends have convinced me that it is good enough of to sell.
I look forward to gaining knowledge here from the many of you who enjoy the “ART” as much as I do.
