I have loved cooking on a grill or smoker since I was very young and I have had several different kinds through the years. Someone gave me a butane tank a few weeks ago, so I have been doing some research on how to build a good one and looking for different ideas. While I was doing that, I came across a video about building one out of an old refrigerator and I really liked the idea of that. After looking into it for a few days I came across SMF two days ago. I have been doing a lot of reading since then. I got on Craigslist and located an old refrigerator yesterday and I started taking it apart today. Over the next few weeks I will be building it so I can do a lot of smoking this summer.
