hey everyone I have been a troll for years..... I Started smoking my own meets in 1997 when I moved to Tulsa OK from Los Angeles CA and tasted BBQ for the first time.....

I started on a good ol Brinkman offset many years back and went from basic to advanced smokers then to lazy (Electric). I just gave my MES 40 to my brother in law and ordered a Yoder YS640 oh I cant wait. I now live in Huntsville, AL and work for the Boeing company....
