Hello from a newbie

I've been using the site for a while now getting tips and ideas so I figured it was well past time to post a hello thread. I'm located in Atchison, KS and I'm using a MES smoker my wife got me for Christmas last year. Before that I was using a Crock-Pot BBQ Pit, but not sure that classifies as smoking. So far I've just been smoking brisket and boston butt's, and I've been pretty happy with the results.

Anyway, just wanted to shout hey to the forum.
