 Just thought id introduce myself  im in central kansas and got bit with the BBQ bug about 18 months ago and purchased a GMG 

Daniel Boone about a year ago I love it .Im wanting to improve my low and slow cooking.Itwill be good getting to know all the pitmasters out there thanks in advance.
