I am encouraged to find this site, I use a few different smokers/grills...a Charbroil Dual Smoker grill, a modified green GB, a Olde Smokey electric for those days I want to set it up... and walk away. I've been cooking like this for a few years, so it's still a fresh learning curve for me., but I have been fortunate to learn a lot on discussion forums & youtube. and have bought all my stuff second hand. So hats off to you all.., it could have been a (costly) bumpier ride. I reside in the SFV here in sunny California...but might be relocating.
