Hello Folks. Thanks to Big Al for the rare roast beef sammich post. Google found me the holy grail of smoked meat sites. Here's to much happy thermometer monitoring *CheerS*

Smoked a lot of salmon and trout. Just getting in to larger cuts of meat like beef and pork. Just did my first roast beef for sammies. Turned out effing Amazing. Never paying deli prices ever again...lol
