Greetings everyone. I'm Kevin, and new here. While I'm not exactly a neophyte when it comes to smoking, I'm not what you would call a pro either.
I am currently using a char-broil brand smoker. I started out with a smoky hollow brand. Both have gotten the job done, but both had features I like and dislike.
One of my short term goals is to build my own. I have plans in mind, and would love to discuss with people anytime. I believe it will be a revolutionary design in gas smokers, and will allow me to more precisely control heat, smoke, and humidity inside the smoke chamber.
