My name is shawn im from suffolk area of va and I love to grill smoke or just cook in my spare time .I have a vertical brinkman charcoal smoker im trying to upgrade to a gas / charcoal grill im willing to spend the money for the upgrades I just dont want to have to worry about maintaining temps on the smoker any more and I would like to grill on it as well. Any suggestions.
