My name is Richard and i live in the NW Florida panhandle. I've been lurking around a little while and figured I would join. I'm a newbie to the smoking world and trying to figure out things as I go. This site has already helped me just from the short time that I've been lurking. So hopefully I can return the favor at some point. My new toy is an Oklahoma Joe 3 in 1 smoker/grill.
