Hello everyone,

New to the forum and wanted to say hi.  I have been doing a lot of reading and am glad to have stumbled upon this place.  I recently purchased an MES 30 and an Amazen pellet smoker.  Looking forward to some good barbecue along with some nice cold smoked products.  Just put my fist pork belly in the cure last night....hopefully it turns out well.  Take care!
