Whats going on all? My name is Pete from Jersey City NJ. I have been cooking all my life and it comes natural. However I am a greenhorn when it comes to smoking. I havent even bought a smoker yet! So a friend of mine that smokes refered me to this site. I must says it looks awesome and I cant wait to learn as much from all of you as I can!
