Hello everyone from the Twenty year Rookie

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by jike, May 24, 2013.

  1. I would like to introduce myself as a 20 year rookie due to that fact that I lean something new every time I cook. I do keep journal on every smoking event . Started with a charcoal Brinkman and have added a Brinkman Gourmet electric, Brinkman propane and a MES 30" electric. It is a site to see when all three are going at the same time. The aroma from the yard drives the every crazy. I live in Chesapeake Virginia and smoke all year round. Must of my. Most of my creations have been rated a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10, but I finds there always room for improvement.
