The guys on my shift and I bought an electric masterbuilt smoker for the station. We are full time firefighters from Michigan, and like to smoke several shifts a month. We have already got some useful tips from the website. We are actually doing a double smoked ham for Easter dinner today. Look forward to getting more tips from experienced smokers
