Good afternoon. I am a new forum member. Received the best Christmas gift ever last month. It is the Master built 40" Electric smoker. I have smoked every weekend since I got it. I live 45 miles north of Detroit Michigan. To date I have smoked: 4 chickens, 2 racks of baby backs, a brisket, pork butt, 3 lake trout fillets and most recently 5 lbs of venison jerky. I can't get enough of smoking meat. I am extremely excited to collaborate with fellow smokers! Looking forward to learning how to use this site! Smoke 'em if you got 'em (SEIYGE)!!

Take the time to read on top of the of the page Intinail greetings for some helpful info on getting around this sight also look under the heading forum to find all kinds of info on just about everything. Th peopel on here like phots of what you do too.
