Good afternoon. I am a new forum member. Received the best Christmas gift ever last month. It is the Master built 40" Electric smoker. I have smoked every weekend since I got it. I live 45 miles north of Detroit Michigan. To date I have smoked: 4 chickens, 2 racks of baby backs, a brisket, pork butt, 3 lake trout fillets and most recently 5 lbs of venison jerky. I can't get enough of smoking meat. I am extremely excited to collaborate with fellow smokers! Looking forward to learning how to use this site! Smoke 'em if you got 'em (SEIYGE)!!
