Hey guys just saying Hello. This forum is awesome and I have been using it for a few weeks for tios. Now decided to pull the chain and join. Appreciate all of your helo so far and look forward to growing in my knowledge and skill of smoking meat.
My name is Pat Lister and I live in the central PA area (right outside Harrisburg). I work as a PTA and am the director at a physical therapy clinic.
I have a great love for God and family.
Love lifting weights, running and hiking. Some of my favorite things to do are reading and spending time with friends. Love the whole smoking thing now and have been able to use it for hosting people at my home. I have a Masterbuilt electeic bullet smoker that is working like a champ so far (with a few mods).
