I am Sean and in Southern Arizona.

My wife just bought me a used Brinkmann Electric Smoker for to learn the art of patience!  I'm excited to begin the new journey of smoking!!

I love making my own sauces and dry rubs, but more of the sauces...Especially when you bring in the So-Co or bourbon!!

I have been grilling for a very long time and have always used a plank or steel box for smoking, but now I am going Boston Butt deep soon.  Any pointers for a beginner smoker, please feel free to share!

Pleasure to be a part of the community and look forward to hearing what does and does not work!

Sean
