Hello all, new to the site and smoking

    Hi everyone

    My name is Dave. I Live in Detroit Michigan and I'm finally starting out with smokin. Been something I've been wanting to get in to for a while and have finally taken the plunge. I love Budweiser and golfing too.
    I just got a char broil 800 vertical propane smoker.

    Is it cool to do ribs and a pork tenderloin at the same time? I've been trolling this site for a few days now and have to say....IMPRESSIVE!

    So, to do the tenderloin, as I only have 1, should I put in a pan, on the rack, wrap it?
