Hello all, from Nova Scotia.

Cooked as a job for years, Now i build things So now cook for the love of it. Just bought a Masterbuilt MPS-230S.
Just seasoned it yesterday and already have a few modes done to it. Going to build a small building to set it up into
as my wife will not let me set it on the deck because of all the windows , ha ha

So also will be asking lots of smoking questions here
