Well this started out to go get some Tequila. It is $12 a bottle cheaper south of here. Last one evaporated pretty quick so I got 2.

They just opened up a new HEB 20 miles from me. Seen this prime Brisket and it jumped into the basket. Going to have to figure out how to smoke this. Might have to tie as one end a bit thin. I all ready thawed some Beef Back Ribs and Short ribs for tomorrow. I guess this going into the freezer for now.

Split Chicken Breast for .87 cents a lb. These will be cured.

I like taking these rib chops when I can find them and put into slow cooker with some cream of garlic mushroom soup.

Nice Tri Tip

Some pork steaks to experiment with Mexican Red Marinade.

And some sausage

Nice buys Brian!
I'm gonna buckle my seat belt... don't want to fall off the wagon! Been having some great buys on Pendleton whiskey since last winter... they sure dry up fast! But want to use the bottles for lights... maybe someday a chandelier.

That Brisket point looks awesome!

Yeah it's funny how those bottles get empty so quick. I think it's from evaporation.

I've lived in Texas since 1996 and I've never stepped foot in an HEB ....... yet :emoji_sunglasses:
