The other day I wanted to use my headphones while in the garage. But they were dead. Not really surprised. They were 20 some odd years old. So, I went on a mission to get a new pair. I do not like the "in the ear buds". Or the ones that wrap around your ear. I find them uncomfortable. I prefer the over the ear ones. And I've heard that ANC headphones were really good, (active noise cancelling) but Bose and Sony wanted 250.00 plus for a good set. After looking around I found that the Skullcandy Venue ANC were getting really good reviews. And allot of folks were rating them right up there with Bose. The price for these vary from place to place. But retail around 190.00

After looking around. I found them at the military exchange on sale for 60.00.

Got them charged up. And paired with my phone. This was easy. Next it was time to try them out. They are light and really comfortable to wear. Not stupid big either. The noise cancelling works very well at blocking background noise and delivering great sound with good bass, mid range, and highs. These are rated at 25 hours between charge. And if they go dead you can plug them in for 10 minutes to get 5 hours of use. And they have the tile gizmo built in to track them if you loose or misplace them. I'm quite pleased with these. So, if you're looking into a set of head phones. You might want to consider these. Rock on!

Bought my daughter a set for Christmas, she loves them.
I use Widex hearing aids that stream. Basically $5k ear buds. They sound fantastic!
But I'm with you Steve, I would much prefer over the ear phones for the comfort factor.
Be careful with them though, stereo headphones and a lot of shooting is why I wear hearing aids. :emoji_anguished:

Yeah, that train already reached the station. Military and years of hunting.....and loud music. Has done its damage. So I'm pretty careful. But, at times . You. Just. Have. To. Rock!
