Heading to NE Oklahoma/Tulsa area

In a couple of weeks, my wife and I will be heading to NE Oklahoma, specifically Grove, to visit her parents. I want to take a day and maybe head into Tulsa. Any recommendations on BBQ restaurants, BBQ supply-type stores that are must hit? I was thinking about going to OKC and visiting Kosmo but 3 hours each way might be a little much. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
