Same here, we have a bar in town that serves up a pretty mean double bacon blue cheeseburger, brisket would put it over the top. I eat about two a month I like it so much.

Although I can tell from the picture I'd love @philpom burger much more, as long as his daughter dressed it up for me.
That's one KILL'er look'in burger, it would be nap time after that meal, extra points for the tot's!!!
