Hello from the Hawkeye State.
I have always loved outdoor cooking and have been to this site several times but recently decided to venture into the world of smoking. I was going to invest in a new electric smoker but, when grilling prefer to use charcoal. So was thinking I would get a charcoal smoker. Well long story short couldn't decide so I have decided to challenge myself and start with an old gas Brinkmann Smoke N Grill my brother gave me. Am excited for the challenge and look forward to getting lots of ideas and help from you.
