I thought i've had brat burgers until i was at the butchers and noticed he had his brat meat in small packages. This brat meat is a old German recipe and i figured i loved their brats why not do some burgers.   Brat meat meet stuffed burger maker!

Thanks Disco, when i saw that brat meat at the butchers the light bulb went on.
