Bought this from Costco back in the fall. Fast forward to today, we are in our winter home (trailer). We are near Lake Okeechobee.
Its been a while since I've used my little JR. Doing 275+F today.
This is for dinner tonight maybe doing some tacos.

I modified the PB Jr by adding another set of shelf supports, this allows me to cook something taller (turkey breast) and also allows me to put a drip pan to help with grease clean up. Just started at about 12 noon EST.

Watching. 🍿
I have one of those butts in my freezer, too.

Not sure what green stuff. There are some green flags I use to mark my antenna wires, also green velcro on my power cable. Otherwise its nice green grass in southern Florida!

At 6 1/2 hours ran out out of fire. Had to unload and then add charcoal back into basket. Sorry no pictures a neighbor came over to chat. I just love campgrounds, nothing starts good conversation than smoke wafting through the air. Sorry no food pictures this time. Butt is in the stall @ 160F.
This is interesting, this is a wildfire near our campground.

This is fairly common down here central, south Florida. This one is under control, but they do let them burn down. Plus its sugar county here, they burn the cane down prior to harvest.
