Has anyone played with the Alder Smoked chocolate chip cookie?

I saw this on the cooking channel last night and  just kinda went "wow"!   Their trick was smoking a whole bag of flour, because they made huge batches.  I would love to try this - but has anyone smoked flour?  Got any hints to share?  I think these would be fun little goodies for the holidays.

I think it would work, they do salt and everything else. try it and let us know. Use the search bar at top and see if you can see anything,

Just do a cold smoke on it and you should be good, but others I am sure will chime in soon also.
