I finally decided to join up after reading a ton of stuff on this site. I've been smoking for years, but I am in the middle of my first reverse flow build and need some advice. I'll be posting up a build thread over in the reverse flow section later today, looking for advice and constructive criticism. I just need a couple of details hashed out before the Thanksgiving Turkey has to get smoked..

If that isn't the truth, I don't know what is. I'm going to start working on my ribs, they have great flavor, but aren't very tender.

You have snow up there already? Maybe there is hope for a decent ski season this year.
