15lbs spatchcock smoked with cherry wood. 165* took 4.5 hrs at 270*

This is my year for smoking, after spending last year on a deployment to Europe, I have kept my Treager Timberline going for 24 hours now. 2 City Hams, a buttermilk brined, bacon butter packed spatchcocked turkey, and the green bean with pulled pork casserole is going on next. And another turkey goes into the fryer in 15 min.
