I'd like to wish everyone here a very Happy Thanksgiving!   I sincerely hope everyone's meat comes out perfect and is totally enjoyed!   We are having a 16 lb. cured and smoked turkey plus a 24lb. oven turkey plus all the fixin's at my older son's house.

I give thanks to all our members and guests who join us this holiday and give us your wonderful support to our smoking community!  More and more people are enjoying this great hobby and making excellent Q for our families, friends and neighbors, spreading the goodness to many others!  Thank you for all you do, and enjoy!

Pop's have a happy happy, and we thank you for helping most here achieve their Thanksgiving delight. (Everything but the turkey is covered in Pop's bacon! It's gotta be good!)

Our Thanksgiving was last month in Canada but I wish all the members of SMF many things to be grateful for (like Pops' posts).

Thanks Pops, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. The oven gets fed a stuffed turkey today, another turkey sits in the freezer for mid winter Q.
