I just wanted to stop in and say have a marvelous 4th 0f July and to remind all to be safe in your cooking. Make sure all your food is to the correct Internal Meat Temp. (IMT) . I t's been Dry this Year, so make sure you know your area is not a going to catch Fire, maybe keep an Extinguisher near by for those Cookers.

Have fun with you Cooking today and be sure to send some Q-view so we can compare our fun and patriotism...yes , send pics of Fireworks too. It should be interesting to see all the different displays.
