I was going to try doing cauliflower mash with jicama today. That might not work though. Should of just got turnip. In fact I may go back to store.

Did you ever make any changes to LowCarbYum recipe?I made a coconut cream caramel sauce to dress it up. It’s good but I’m going to be making changes when I make the next batch.
Off the top of my head I believe I double the coconut extract AND A throw a big handful of flakes in the filling mix. The icing just doesn't work as written, I start there and continue to add swerve confectioners until I like the consistency. I was gonna mg to make this last week and didn't have unsweetened flakes around so did the key lime.
