On Saturday I smoked pork butts, couple fatties, ribs, hot sausage, pig shots, beans and a couple apple pies.
Below are a few pictures of some of the food...it's nice to get a decent load of food on the smoker.

Pork Butts

2 pans of pulled pork and a pan of hot sausages.

Slice of smoked apple pie.

It was a good smoke!! Everything was done about the same time so it kept me busy!
Thanks for looking...

Looks great! How do you like that Blues hog sauce?

Nice work , they look great!

Must have been the weekend for full smokers, I did a brisket, wild boar leg and stuffed bacon wrapped boned out wild boar leg

Yum

Everything looks delicious!

I've never smoked a pie before,

How'd it taste with the smoke flavor?

The pies are fantastic!! I smoke them on my Kamado @ 300 until crust is golden brown...approx 1.5 hours.
Everyone always asks if I'm smoking pies.

Greg that's a nice smoke you had Thumbs Up

Thanks everyone for nice comments and points!!

That's what I told them when they showed up. Nobody is leaving hungry...

On the smoked pies I have probably smoked close to 100 of them. I always like doing/ trying something a little different.
