Gunpowder Quarters...

I received this from a friend on another forum yesterday, so I had to give it a try!


Seasoned up nice and going in the BEESR with a handful of apple pellets for a little smoke.



Only took @40-45 minutes at the high setting.


This was VERY good!

I liked it alot. It wasn't overpowering with "charcoal" flavor at all. A nice mild taste.

I've used it on steaks. It's good. Never tried it on chicken. Yet.

Yea, it's really good stuff. Next time I won't roll smoke when I use it. I think the smokey charcoal flavor is good all by itself.
