Really need to upgrade my grinder. I missed a sale on Lem last week I think, my luck. I am looking at the LEM big bite #12. However, all, or most other retailers selling this unit are out of stock. Lem says stock will come in mid June. That said, I dont want anything from China, made in USA, if possible, but willing to consider other quality brands. I’ve looked a the Cabelas carnivor line, made in Italy, mabye?, in this price range and quality what are you guys using?

You might have a tough time finding a Made in USA grinder. My LEM is from China, as are most things today.

I was under the impression that LEM was USA. Maybe not. The Cabelas carnivor line, I thought was made by Thunderbird, an Italian maker. Idk

Thanks for that link sarge.
