Finally got er done. Been wanting to grill whole fish for a long time. I have had a couple Red Tilapia in freezer for a while now and pulled one out. Not my favorite fish but they where affordable. Prepped. Cut some slits and seasoned.

Used my Char-Griller with charcoal grate next to last on bottom. This ended up being perfect for this. Seven minutes a side and done. Went a little over, 140 but did not hurt it at all. Those grill mats worked great. Amazing how much juice comes out of grilled limes.

Drizzled some chili oil over top fish, are you looking TNJAKE TNJAKE . Made a bean sprout salad with sprouts grown in a mason jar and some snap peas. Fish was very good. I think there was only bones left when I got done. I could of easily eat two. This will now be a regular. I might have to Splurge for a snapper. With Lake Texoma still flooding not able to fish so I ordered some more Bluegill from WalleyeDirect. They where out of the 5 lb package so had to get the 11 lbs. That should last me a long while!

I put up some green keto tomato relish. I think I finally nailed my recipe. Will know in another week.

Thanks David. That one of the reasons I order fish from WalleyeDirect. They have the fish I fished with my dad. Brings back memories. My Bluegill is coming today. That has become my favorite fish to fry.

Looks fantastic Brian! When you get that keto relish down I'd like the recipe. I planted a lot more tomatoes this year as opposed to peppers. I still have tons of superhots in the freezer for sauces.
