Cooked up some pork chops on the Mak 1 star with the flame zone. They had more of an Italian theme to them.
The marinade was 6 tbs of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, garlic salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
The balsamic vinegar soaked into the meat making the pork chops look like steak lol
Also a Weber kettle 26 is getting added to my collection! Between the convenient pellet cooker and the fun kettle I should be able to do anything I want, any way I want!
