It was just a little snowy here in Upstate NY today so I decided to take a couple of 2lb flank steaks and brine them:
2 Cups water
1/2 Cup A1 steak sauce
1/2 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (or use your favorite BBQ sauce or even Ketchup works, but not as tasty)
2 TBSP Kosher Salt
4 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Granulated Garlic
3 TBSP Onion Powder
Shake it all together in a ziploc and soak the meat for 3-4 hours. Then grill as you would. I took it to about medium.

I called it Frank steak as a kid, I thought my uncle Frank made it. Still one of my favorites. Nice job!
